Is Marelle Free really free? Yes. Logging, today’s phase, predictions, logging past days, your full history, the widget, reminders, the report for your doctor, and exporting your data are free, and they will never become paid.

What does Marelle Insights add? Patterns from your own logs, ideas for each phase with their sources, and, if your cycles are changing, a month-by-month view and a page for your next visit. It’s a subscription, every 6 months or yearly. There’s no free trial, so nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

How do I restore Marelle Insights? Use Restore Purchases in Marelle, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with. Marelle Insights isn’t shared through Family Sharing.

How do I cancel? In your iPhone’s Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Marelle Free keeps working as before.

I’m getting a new iPhone. Will I lose my history? If you allow Apple Health, your periods, symptoms and mood are saved there and move to your new iPhone with your Apple Account. Your energy logs and Marelle’s settings move with your iPhone backup.

How do I get my data out? In Marelle’s settings: “Export your data” creates a CSV file, and “Report for your doctor” creates a PDF of the last 12 months. Both are created on your iPhone.

Can I bring my data from another app? Marelle reads your history from Apple Health. If your previous app connects to Apple Health, turn that on there and Marelle will pick up what it saved. If it doesn’t, you can mark your past periods in Marelle, and we save them to Apple Health for you.

Is Marelle medical advice or birth control? No. Marelle is not a medical device and must not be used as contraception. Predictions are estimates based on your own data. For medical questions, talk to a health professional.

Refunds. Apple handles them at reportaproblem.apple.com.

¿Cómo restauro Marelle Insights? Usa Restaurar compras en Marelle, con la misma cuenta de Apple con la que compraste. Marelle Insights no se comparte con Compartir en familia.

¿Cómo cancelo? En los Ajustes de tu iPhone › tu nombre › Suscripciones. Marelle Free sigue funcionando igual.

Voy a cambiar de iPhone. ¿Pierdo mi historial? Si permites Apple Salud, tus periodos, síntomas y ánimo se guardan ahí y pasan a tu nuevo iPhone con tu cuenta de Apple. Tu energía registrada y los ajustes de Marelle pasan con el respaldo de tu iPhone.

¿Cómo saco mis datos? En los ajustes de Marelle: «Exportar tus datos» crea un archivo CSV y «Reporte para tu médico» crea un PDF de los últimos 12 meses. Los dos se crean en tu iPhone.

¿Puedo traer mis datos de otra app? Marelle lee tu historial desde Apple Salud. Si tu app anterior se conecta con Apple Salud, activa esa conexión en ella y Marelle tomará lo que haya guardado ahí. Si no se conecta, puedes marcar tus periodos anteriores en Marelle: los guardamos en Apple Salud por ti.

¿Marelle es consejo médico o anticonceptivo? No. Marelle no es un dispositivo médico y no debe usarse como método anticonceptivo. Las predicciones son estimaciones basadas en tus propios datos. Para dudas médicas, consulta a un profesional de la salud.
