Soporte de Picot

Escríbenos a support@aguapiedraestudio.app.

Reembolsos. Los gestiona Apple en reportaproblem.apple.com.

Picot Support

Email us at support@aguapiedraestudio.app. We reply in English or Spanish. Please include your iPhone and Apple Watch models and your Picot version (Settings › About).

How do I restore Picot Pro? Settings › Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you bought it with. With Family Sharing, Picot Pro is shared too.

How do I use it on Apple Watch? Tap anywhere to add a row. Press and hold until the ring closes to take one off. Turn the Digital Crown to pick a counter, then tap to confirm.

Does the Watch need my iPhone nearby? No. Your Watch counts on its own, even if your iPhone is far away or off. When they’re back together, they catch up on their own. If you added on both, every tap adds up. If you set a value or reset, counting continues from that change, even if you tapped earlier on the other device. If you switched counters on both, the most recent change stays. Catching up can take a moment.

How do I get my data out? Settings › Export as a spreadsheet (CSV) creates a file you can open in Numbers, Excel, or Google Sheets.

How do I back up and restore my projects? Settings › Save a backup creates a file you can save to Files or iCloud Drive, or email to yourself. To restore it, open that file on your iPhone or use Settings › Restore from a backup. Restoring never deletes what you already have.

Refunds. Apple handles them at reportaproblem.apple.com.
